Terms and Conditions – Meadow Catchers

These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography and videography services provided by Meadow Catchers Photography (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking our services, you (“the client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings & Payments
A booking is only secured once a **non-refundable booking fee of 50%** has been paid and a contract has been agreed to secure the date.
The remaining balance is due no later than **14 days before the session or wedding date**, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
If we are unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond our control, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange a suitable replacement or provide a full refund of any payments made.
3. Coverage & Creative Style
We work in a natural, documentary style. By booking Meadow Catchers Photography, you trust our creative judgement and editing style.
Specific shots or requests should be discussed in advance, but we cannot guarantee particular images.
The number of images delivered may vary depending on the event and circumstances.
4. Image Delivery
Images and films are delivered digitally via a private online gallery.
Delivery times are typically 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.
Online galleries are hosted for a limited time. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files.
5. Usage & Copyright
Meadow Catchers Photography retains the copyright to all images and films.
Clients receive a *personal usage licence*, allowing them to download, print, and share images for personal use.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or access to venues.
We are not liable for missed images due to restrictions imposed by venues, guests, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please inform us of any specific requirements or restrictions prior to the session.
7. Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss of data, or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received.
Meadow Catchers Photography is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.
8. Personal Data
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Client details are used solely for communication, booking, and service delivery purposes.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, accidents, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
